The product:

CCE is dedicated to supporting graduate students and post-doctoral associates through unmatched, intellectually stimulating opportunities for advancing communication competencies. CCE team provides effective specialized programming, opportunities for practice and improvement, and a range of resources – all grounded in the study of communication genres and in the scholarship of teaching and learning.

The Problem

CCE website is going under re-design to respond more effectively to user needs.

My Role

UX researcher re-designing the CCE website based on user needs.

The Goal

Make the CCE website more user friendly and easy to use.

Responsibilities

Design usability studies, conduct interviews and focus groups, analyze data and draw conclusions to make suggestions to stakeholders to re-design the CCE website.
