User Research Summary
To better understand the target users and their needs, I conducted a comprehensive user research for RightSkills.
The secondary research provided insights into teenagers from low-income families who lack access to technology education and training. Interviews and empathy maps were employed to gain deeper insights into this primary user group.
The research revealed that these talented teenagers face significant challenges due to limited opportunities and resources, hindering their ability to acquire high-in-demand technology skills.
RightSkills seeks to address these issues by empowering these teenagers with affordable and accessible technology education, bridging the opportunity gap and enabling them to build a brighter future.
